Family is the most important thing to Rose and Grace even their salon name Sorelli which means sisters in Italian reflects their devotion to family, friends, clients and to each other.
They strive to make both the staff and their clients feel part of the Sorelli Family.
Having been in the industry for more than 20 years, the sisters (born and raised on Long Island, New York), moved to Florida and in November of 2009, they made their dream a reality: opening their own salon, Sorelli Hair Studio & Spa.
Starting with just three stylists and one receptionist, the salon quickly outgrew their original location and soon moved the business to their current Suntree location.
Unlike most salon and spa owners, Rose & Grace are always on the floor, working alongside their staff, helping them grow, learn, develop their skills and ensuring that each client has an amazing experience.
Today, the hair salon and spa is now home to more then 30 technicians ranging from hairdressers to estheticians to makeup artists to massage therapists.
Why is Sorelli so successful? The team works together, as a family, to create a friendly place where clients feel comfortable and leave with a feeling of satisfaction.
