Sorelli Cancellation Policy:

We want to give every client the time and attention that you deserve for your service. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise and you need to make adjustments to your plans.
If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount. A credit card is required to be on file for all appointments. 
Our salon cancellation policy is intended to ensure that we have the opportunity to fill any last-minute availability. We don’t want to make any clients on the waiting list miss their chance to book an appointment or receive a service. Please understand that we’re committed to offering you the highest possible level of service during your appointments with us. We understand emergency happens and life can be inevitable.

Sorelli Payment Methods:

We currently accept visa, mastercard, discover, debit and cash
if you choose to pay with amex, there will be a 3.5% surcharge. 

Sorelli Redo Policy:

At Sorelli hair studio and spa, we strive for excellence in every service we provide. if you are not compleley satisfied with your experience, we want to make it right!
Eligibility: If you are unhappy with your service, please notify a member of management within 7 days of your appointment 
How to request a redo: contact our reception team by phone or email to discuss your concern. we will work with your schedule to find a convenient time for your service. 
exceptions: changes in personal preference (E.G, color change, style change) after the initial service will not qualify for a redo.
