Sorelli Cancellation Policy:
We want to give every client the time and attention that you deserve for your service. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise and you need to make adjustments to your plans.
If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount. A credit card is required to be on file for all appointments.
Our salon cancellation policy is intended to ensure that we have the opportunity to fill any last-minute availability. We don’t want to make any clients on the waiting list miss their chance to book an appointment or receive a service. Please understand that we’re committed to offering you the highest possible level of service during your appointments with us. We understand emergency happens and life can be inevitable.

if you choose to pay with amex, there will be a 3.5% surcharge.

Final pricing may vary based on factors such as service customization, product usage, and the time required to complete your service. Additionally, our team operates on a level-based system, meaning service costs may differ depending on the experience and expertise level of the stylist or technician you choose.
Photograph Policy:
During your visit, our team may take photos or videos within the salon and spa for social media, marketing, and educational purposes. We will never post identifiable images or footage of you without your explicit consent. By receiving services in our space, you acknowledge that content may be captured in the background; however, any direct use of your likeness will always require your permission
